A victorian steel framed greenhouse had been converted into a kitchen. As a result the client wanted to reduce the heat gain transmitted into the space through the glass roof. An aluminium slated rack arm system (motorised) was installed.
This system is ideal if you have unusally shaped windows on a slope
The system comes as standard in an anodised grey finish. This can look too "industrial" in a domestic environment. In this case the slats were powder coated to match the heritage colours of the victorian steel framework
